Here are a few of my favorites blogged from the session...
Tomorrow is my nephew's 1st Birthday and this afternoon he was so much fun in his session. These pictures are special to me....for one because they are of my precious nephew that I adore and two because I took these pictures at my grandmother's (Ninnie's) house. It was quite emotional for me taking these pictures around Nin's old barn next to what once was a garden that I helped her in as a little girl. Nin always had tulips and other flowers growing around her house...I have to say that one of my favorites are of Will sitting by the tulips that still grow in her yard every year with the barn in the background....okay....I could reflect all night but I want to show off my nephew....here goes. Happy 1st Birthday Will!
I love you sweetheart! Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday Dear Will, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!
For those of you that have noticed that I haven' t posted much in the last couple of months. After the Christmas madness, I decided to not take any pictures in December and take a break to enjoy the holidays. It didn't take but a few weeks into January to start getting calls and e-mails. I am grateful for your interest! I enjoyed the time off but was getting withdrawal! I am glad to be back into my photography work.
Here are a few pictures from a session with one of my great friends Sherry when I got to visit her and Tim at their new residence yesterday. The snow made for a beautiful scene and a very quick picture as it was cold....great looking family too I might add :-)
I just can't quit smiling about this one.....little Brody is so precious and I am pretty sure he said he'd be my VALENTINE in so many baby talk words...
I love this one of Brody and Ben...they are such sweet brothers.....
Brody is such a happy baby...other than when he was asleep, I think he smiled like this the whole time I was there!
I followed Ben around in the snow and snapped a bunch....I love these of him doing snow angels...too cute!
Tune back in as I hope to have the gallery ready over the weekend. There were so many great ones from this session. Thank you Sherry and Tim. I hope you have a great trip to California next week!
I so enjoyed editing these pictures of my sweet lil' nephew. He makes me laugh....I had to include some of him sticking out his tongue in the gallery. Tonya and I were cracking up at how he just kept doing that the entire session...he is hilarious! What a cutie....check him out on the link below:
Jack and Patti came to stay with us this weekend. I was so tickled this little guy came all the way from Atlanta for me to do his pictures. He is so sweet. Seems like just yesterday I was doing his newborn pictures.....
It is getting late but I wanted to display a few from the session that were my favorite.....I wasn't feeling well during the session (migraine headache) but Jack was so patient with me....thank you Jack!
Today is Jayson's birthday....it was a really great day. We spent the night in Nashville last night after attending a Titan's game. Had a great breakfast at Union Station this morning...came home...had coconut creme pie with Jayson's mom...then this afternoon we grilled at and ate MORE with my mom, Aunt Tonnie, Uncle Scott, my sweet nephew Will & Jayson's grandparents. Whew...it was a really busy but good day.
I wanted to share these pics of Will that we snapped while playing outside...he is such a cutie pie. Tune back in for more of Will as we are doing his 6 month session here in just a couple of weeks. He gets cuter every day...I can't believe he is already 6 months old....
Here is Anna's gallery...a must to check out if you have time. These are fantastic of her. Hope everyone has a great weekend! We are going to a Titans game tomorrow night....excited for Football season! Go Tennessee!
